Law of the People’s Republic

Isinolaw unlike the United States it stuck to the true roots of Confucianism philosophy and traditional western influences. It is true money is at the end of everything as a lawyer is and now China is

going through current reform but that reform stems from international trade and globalization of Chinese domestic law. Chinese law alone stands on fa’ which is translated fair but the problem occurs when fairness is determined by vipers. Chinese law has come through and continue to go through two sides of a distinct coin heads being Confucianism and tales being legalism.

The first supports tradition and the second supports standard laws made for all the people of the country, the government was very afraid of the second idea because even the emperor would become responsible to follow all of the laws and regulations of the land. The legalism that overtook the land made the religious fundamentals of the land become secular and non important to the thinker of Confucianism.

The law of America in my opinion strikes as crooked, a scheme and a respect that is based off of an individuals last name, salary and job tittle. On the serious side of things as a man I do believe when a crime is a committed by a grown individual especially in the harm of a child that person should go away and suffer for a long time.

However as a psychology major I am taught that those type of people have a mental disability and they need counseling, medication and relief from their distresses. As I said above the problem occurs when fairness is determined by vipers because the industry of medication and counseling is run by hands that are money hungry and full of self and government agenda.

Close to my place of residence a certain city’s courthouse was rated and several judges were arrested the charges were arresting teenagers for crimes as little as spitting in the street and steeling money from the state on every juvenile. The parents of the children sued and the end result determined by the judge was if the children who were arrested not arrested that time they would have been another time and they were not aloud to be set free until their sentences were completed in full.

I say where is the justice in that and what law can be established so that all men from all places will truly be free beyond the constitution.
